Purchasing our Acura from Jason Lee at Mac Churchill Acura was by far the absolute BEST purchasing experience I have ever had when buying a car. Jason Lee took the time to familiarize us with our new vehicle and once we made our decision to purchase WITHOUT any pressure from him, he made certain our purchase went smoothly and quickly respectful of our time. A couple of weeks after purchase I had a couple of questions, and he took the time to answer. Excellent customer service! We couldn't be more pleased!

Shady pricing tactics with no prices listed on any window stickers. I ended up deciding on a used car in nice condition, but was met with a super pushy saleswoman in the finance room. They want to sell you a warranty among other add-ons. So, bring some ice water with you to stay cool under the pressure.
