I want to say one thing or maybe alot about the service that I received at Mac Churchill from Ped and David Diamond they went above and beyond the Call of Duty with me I was the best experience I've ever had buying a car.
I went to MacChurchill with my truck needing a ton work and wanting to trade it in but with no success it wasn't worth what I still owed. Thanks to Jose Quezada I didn't leave there without a newer vehicle and I gained a great salesman who not only explained to me in detail about every car I was looking at but he also helped me get the most car for my money! Thank you for a great job of what customer service should be!
They are great at being vague on what they provide and wasting your time and knowing how to exploit your troubles. In other words typical.
Awesome dealership! Preston over at the used car department was able to fix me up with a BRAND NEW TLX! One of the cars I've always wanted! He was very helpful in getting me the right vehicle, the first one we test drove had roughly about 80 miles on it so I asked if I could get one with lower miles and BAM! just like that he returned with a TLX that had only 10 miles on it! What an awesome guy! Pricing was good as well, he was able to help me get the monthly price I wanted to pay! Awesome guy!
I came to Mac Churchill Acura in search of a Honda Accord Sport. I was greeted by Laith, who was also working with another salesperson, Nick. Both were courteous and helpful throughout the entire process going above and beyond by delivering my Accord in Irving during rush hour traffic. Came by 7/18 to look at the inventory and ended up walking out with a truck! Carlos Chavarin was so helpful and helping me decide and pick out a vehicle and didn't hesitate to go the extra mile get me the best deal possible. Super knowledgable and was helpful to me as a first time buyer. I would highly recommend him to any one of my family and friends. Overall a positive experience!
