If you haven't purchased vehicle from them yet, don't. Save yourself the headache and stress. I purchased a Nissan murano 8/8/16. Before signing any paperwork, we asked about the anti freeze smell and the cooling system. David Diamond assured us that he'd have his mechanics look at it. Worse experience ever!!! Paul Garret lied to me. I caught a ride from lewisville to Fort Worth with no way home based on him saying I was approved for a vehicle. I got there at 5 and didn't leave until 1100pm.. was stranded there and handled very rudly and very in humane!! When I starting complaining about how I was lied to and mislead the financial manager told me "it's the name of the game " it comes with the territory of the salesman!!! Worse experience ever and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there for business!!
Never buy from them rjey are conniving cunning and deceitful because we refuse to buy the car they offer they left us stranded we had to call for a ride after they promised they would give us a ride home if we did not want to buy the car please Be advise everyone do not purchase anything from this dealership first it is overpriced a lot the actual car listed
