Dr. Maas is very friendly, listens to my symptoms without jumping to diagnosis, and doesn't try to talk me into unnecessary treatments. This was my first visit to a chiropractor and I was very happy with the experience. He fixed my first issue about 8 mo ago after 2 visits and my most recent issue after about 6 visits. His office hours are accomodating to almost any schedule and I have never had to wait. He keeps his appointments on time and efficient. Dr. Maas was professional, personable, punctual. He asked great fact finding questions, showed me on the diagrams the source of pain, the planned treatment, and delivered the treatment. Dr. Maas told me I'd feel better today and even better in the upcoming days after one or two more adjustments and treatments. I believe him. He's a straight-shooter who plays well in a small town such as Heyworth, Illinois.
