James was excellent throughout the process in selling my apartment. He provided pragmatic advice and helped get the sale through to completion, ensuring expectations on both sides were properly managed.
After a long search for a place to rent and many disappointments, we found an ideal place with Maalems, who couldn’t have been more helpful, professional and easy to work with. Leah was so lovely being able to provide details and show us the flat and Fiona was super fast in getting us signed and communicating with the landlord. Thank you so much! Can’t recommend them enough.
We purchased a house in Earlsfield which James was selling. Overall the process was incredibly smooth and James was responsive and helpful throughout. Although we were on the purchasing side, I would not hesitate to recommend James and Maalems for any sale / property needs.
Professional and speedy!
Staff ignored complaints and concerns raised about their properties. They are unable to get hold of their landlords and do not care about the state of their tenants' properties. Very disappointing that they choose to protect rogue landlords. Update: After initially asking Maalems if their landlord would contribute to a damaged fence in March 2023, we received confirmation in January 2025 that the landlord would not contribute.
