Norman and the rest of the team were an absolute pleasure to work with, with the recent purchase of my first property. From start to finish everything was understood and any concerns or queries I had they were dealt with efficiently and promptly, and they for things done!!! Didn’t choose their service even though they are free. The guy, Norman Scott, was very rude and impatient from the first call. Rather pay for more money to find a better solicitor.
Used them for my first time buy during the first lockdown which added another layer of stress. Quick, honest and clear correspondence. I'd highly recommend them (and I have several times already).
We used Douglas Mackie on our first purchase and everything went smoothly. On our next purchase we decided to take the advice of the estate agents and go with their recommendation. What a mistake that was to the point we ended up changing midway through to Douglas Mackie and it was the best decision we made as I'm not sure the sale and purchase would have gone through without them. Big thanks to everyone involved and would recommend to anyone to use. Hopefully never move again but wouldn't go anywhere else if we did.
