Very pleasant experience. Ash called us on the way to make sure we were ok. On arrival, Ash popped out the office to introduce himself, give us the key for the car, offered us a drink and then left us to it to look over the vehicle. The car was very well presented, clean and under a gazebo style cover in case it rained. There was no pressure at any point to push anything or to rush us. Purchased a lovely quashqai from Ash and Adam. They did a few things i wanted done pre purchased and kept me updated. A few weeks into owning the car several faults came up. They collected the car within 3 hours of contacting them for their mechanic to check it the next working day. They believed the issue was resolved but sadly was not.
