Bought a van from this place. I live in Newcastle agreed for the van to be delivered for a cost. Been told van was being delivered.. 2 different occasions and never showed up now won't answer phone or reply to text message. Avoid this place at all costs.
They are clearly good when there are no problems, but the reality is different when there is problems. They sell providing a pre sale checklist that since by their own admission they don’t take time to check. This became clear when they paid out for the replacement drive shaft, but it was down hill from there. A Sat nav system that will costs hundreds to repair, the other drive shaft needs replacing. Bought a Golf from M65 Commercials Ltd, very helpful and friendly. They replaced the brake pads before I went to pick it up. Car is in good condition and all paperwork was there. Really happy with my experience and highly recommend this place.
