Carers are really good and know what they are doing!!
My friend had the sad misfortune of getting them placed as her carers. Where do I start honestly I would not trust them to look after a animal. The staff are rude abusive, don't know what they are doing refuse to use slid sheets, would refuse to change her bed even though it is soden, she is bed bound. Stay away at all costs, get rid.
