We had a patio door and a back door fitted by Terry and Mark which we were very happy with. We encountered a small problem with the locking mechanism to the back door. I rang Terry at 8.30 this morning and told him what the problem was, he came over to the house at 12.30 and fitted a new mechanism. This by any standards is excellent customer service!! I would highly recommend M&T windows to anyone. Many thanks for a very speedy response.
Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. We replaced all our existing windows plus new ones on an extension. Great guys to deal with, highly recommend them.
