We are happy with the finished job. Cupboards, drawers and work surfaces are well made. The quality of workmanship is to a high standard. The various tradesmen who were employed during the different phases of the project were efficient, tidy, friendly and polite. Whilst M & S were most flexible fitting in work times to meet our requirements, we felt project management by the company could have been a little better at times.

Had a few of the major kitchen companies come around to measure up and do a design for my new kitchen yet it was M&S Kitchens that stood out from all the rest. Lee listened and got exactly what idea I’d had in my head for My dream kitchen and suggested a couple Of ideas that would work. Their solid wood shaker kitchens were beating the cheaper mdf kitchens that the other companies had quoted for . M&Swas highly recommend,but I was still a bit concerned but now the kitchen is finished and I am so so pleased,love my kitchen,thank you to Lee for designing and helping with colours and choices,thank you to Paulo for fitting the kitchen and making it so nice,and thank you to everyone else tiler plumber electrician and Tracey,first class at a very reasonable price, nothing was too much trouble THANK YOU

Quoted a fix cost and then told we need to pay more at the end. Absolutely shocking customer service, Lee under estimated the job and has no idea about build works. Their contractors made mistakes, cut corners and fitted an un even floor then blamed us! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS THEY USE CONTRACTORS AND DO NOT COMMUNICATE, not cheaper than most other companies so shop around.Family run business means nothing, we live round the corner and still can't communicate or do the job properly.
