- £1100 delivery Driver broke pallet on delivery vehicle, continued to unload and left pallet halfway on the road. The driver asked if I could get some wood as the very was muddy so I obliged and laid to planks under the trolley. I said I was unhappy with the delivery and I want to return the goods as they would be unsafe in this area and potentially damaged. Friendly and professional, with great communication. I received a call the day before delivery to confirm delivery for the following day was suitable, which was appreciated. The delivery itself, was efficient and the driver was polite and professional. Nothing to fault!
