Was a tenant for 3 years. Never missed rent payments. Needed a few small, but eventual serious repairs seeing too but never done them. Always the same excuse, workman has a busy week. Workman is ill ect. I understand landlords have it hard these days but when you're paying 650+ a month with no service in return, whats the point? Now renting somewhere a bit more expensive but at least I can get issue's resolved now.
Dreadful service. Previous reviews tell me im not the only one.
Advise, go elsewhere to sell house. Zero interaction regarding viewings and feedback, poor customer service, general nonchalant approach
