I needed an immersion heater element changed. I sent all the details needed to obtain the correct part etc. They insisted on visiting and then charged me £170 just to look at the job and confirm what I'd already told them. They also said lots of other work would need doing (when I had a more reputable plumber visit, they did not insist on this extra work or indeed charge for viewing).
