Very pricey. I arranged a PreMOT to establish what my vehicle needed to get back onto the road... On collection following the repairs my bill was substantially higher than quoted which I questioned, apparently something else had cropped up that would have failed the MOT, but this wasn't noticed on the preMOT? They should have at least called to explain the situation and price me for the extra works. If you use these guys, I'd recommend getting a written quote so you have something to fall back on. A very big thank you to the team at M&M Autos who very kindly sorted out what was in the end a minor issue but fitted us in to allow my son to get back home before he needed his car for work after the Christmas break. Albeit a minor issue we are very grateful to you for fitting us in at very short notice
They never answered the phone and when I attempted to go there the place was shut even though they were meant to be open. Went elsewhere for my needs.
Been in the morning. Had some checks done on my car. I liked the friendly manner of the personnel. It's something I'm always looking for. Looking forward to repairing my car here next days.
