Absolutely atrocious customer service. I called and asked for a clutch replacement quote. He quoted too high for the actual cost of the clutch itself, so when I enquired how much the labour alone would be for the clutch replacement, he mumbled and seemed very annoyed. He then hung up the phone like an immature child. I couldn't believe it.

I came to discover (and trust) this mechanic about 13 years ago. I'd just bought a very high milage (100,000+) 3 year old Ford Galaxy, and despite what the service record said, was advised to replace the timing belt. A quick visit to my local halfords resulted in them sliding me a piece of paper with, as near as damn it, a 1 followed by many (4) zeros. I swallowed hard and said I'd think about it. Absolutely excellent service looks after all my families cars and truck constantly saving us money with better mechanical ideas would highly highly recommend I have a Mercedes my son has a bmw we have a Renault horse truck and other family cars he services mot and fixes all of them if needed
