Very disappointing. Initially, all went Ok. Booked Mick in to service the boiler, which he duly did. He highlighted that a couple of parts needed replacing, which he would need to order, and I drew his attention to the refill valve which had become faulty - meaning I was unable to top up the water pressure in the boiler. Mick returned when he had received the parts, and installed them, but did not address the refilling loop stating he had not got the appropriate tools with him, but would come back another time to do so. Watch out for call out charge of £85 despite me booking in advance ,didnt have correct tools for job didn’t have spares for job , this was just to fix a tap washer . ,
Excellent service. Turned up at arranged time. Is very experienced and knows his trade. Repaired our frost damaged boiler and saved me money by drying out printed circuit board. Would definitely recommend Mike Fuller.
I am still waiting for a visit after we contacted him to service our boiler a month ago..sorry did not know about your family situation then. Very pleased with work so far.
I needed a new gas cooker plumbed in I ran Mick Fuller and arranged a date/time. He turned out on time done all the safety checks and plumbed the cooker in Issued me with a safety certificate I can recommend this gas fitter
