Three days before Christmas and our house was filled with the smell of heating oil fumes. We were sure we wouldn't be able to get it fixed before Christmas but M J Dent fitted us in and came this morning. The boiler is now fixed and a new fuel pump fitted. I couldn't fault the service not only from Mr Dent himself but also from his wife in pulling out all the stops and arranging an emergency appointment.
