A good experience several years ago but when I tried to use the firm recently I was let down as they wouldn’t take on any new work.
The lady who answered the phone was really rude - I wanted to ask about a property and I've honestly never been spoken to so aggressively and so condescendingly. Let's just say we're not viewing the house and won't be phoning them again lest I get a telling off just for making an enquiry!
