Decent service on purchase. But ….Dad only used his rollator once. . We were told that they have many second hand items and not interested in any buy backs despite saying they would on purchase. Not necessarily what was said that was offensive but the cold heartless way it was said . Apparently they are awash with used goods as lots of people die shortly after their purchase !!!
Friendly, knowledgable staff that are always willing to go the extra mile to help. I would have no reservation in recommending M D to anybody!
the customer service at M D Mobility is excellent had a problem with a tyre on my motor scooter, we were going on holiday so needed the scooter and the same day they solved the problem nothing is too much trouble for them thank you so much
