I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by MCS. Someone was parked in my parking space for hours, and as a result I was unable to find another place to park. I contacted MCS for assistance, but I was told that there was nothing they could do to help. When I called again to raise a formal complaint, the staff member was dismissive, and ended the call without properly addressing my concerns. AVOID AT ALL COSTS Absolute joke of a management company. Rude and arrogant. They try and control people’s lives rather than provide a service and charge for the privilege. THEY THINK THEY OWN THE PLACE!!!
