Legalized MAFIA this lot, take money of every flat in my block then don't do anything, get a yearly break down of what they are supposed to do but you guessed it they don't do anything, obviously phone them send emails but get ignored. Terrible terrible service, can't believe how cowboy outfits like this survive, we have started to get legal advise now as they have stole money from us and not done a service, but seems like the norm in Britain now. But they do cut the grass nice and every week

1 star is generous. Completely incompetent organisation that waste huge amounts of service charge money and blame everyone else without taking responsibility. They have left the building insecure for weeks at a time because they can't organise fixing the entry system. The electronic gate has been left open for months because they can't organise a competent electrician. Refuse to replace external lights so that they don't stay on all day. Horrible, terrible disgusting service this management company provide. They will ignore you as you do not exist , please think twice if you want to buy a property managed by them
