I have lived in a flat managed by mcs for 8 years or so. Absolutely waste of money paying them their annual fee of £1250. How can they justify this amount? We’ve had our front door to the block which houses small children left broken for months, emails to the property manager have fallen on deaf ears or been fobbed off in general. I own a flat that mcs maintain and have been paying them for about 18 years,initially the company seemed reasonable and provided a good service at a reasonable cost In recent years the service they provide hasn’t changed but the prices have gone up and up and up, This year 2024 the price was £1545!!!!! Like many people in recent years due to cost of living crisis and other issues I struggled to pay there yearly fee.
