Very disappointed with the service from this company.
I have been renting from lytham esates for 25 years and have had 6 property's over this time and every property I have rented has always meet my expectations and the staff have always been nothing but polite and respectfull the whole time. Every rental has been an easy process with lytham estates. They go above and beyond to make sure you're happy with everything before you move in. Lytham Estates provided a service as what was expected as being the premier Estate Agent in the Lytham area. The staff were excellent in booking and accompanying viewers around my property with a full report given to me after every viewing. Would recommend and use Lytham Estates for any future house sales.
Excellent service from Lytham Estate agents, special praise for Holly and Ellie, who went above and beyond, in the long process of selling our property, due to unforeseen circumstances in being in a difficult chain, due to the people at the beginning of the chain, no fault of Lytham Estate agents or ourselves, but we got there in the end really would recommend Lytham Estate agents % if selling a property definitely best on the Fylde coast, in every aspect of the process, recommended by Stanley and Annette Anderson .
