They force payments before unloading and demand amounts that weren't even mentioned. Poor communication, arrogance and complete disregard for the matter.

One of the drivers nearly took out our family of 5 by being impatient and speeding on a 50 mile an hour road, riding right up our bumper and then overtaking, pulling back in front of us when he wasn't even passed! We called up the management and they were less than helpful! Adamant we were in the wrong and wouldn't even hear our side of the story.
