Appalling service - was appointed by my Halifax Home Insurance as solicitors to act on my behalf for a personal injury claim. Asked for support numerous times to complete their extensive claim forms but no response and instead sent me automated messages to log into the portal. When I asked specific responses to my queries no response. Awful and please avoid
One star is to generous . 3 years on and still my claim has not even been valued. The other driver admitted fault! I have had scans, therapy, changed my job due to the stress the accident caused, and the stress dealing with this company is just terrible. Ive had 3 different solicitors. 1st one left without notice. 2nd one was on long term sickness then left and 3rd one started from the beginning and then has been on extended leave. Lyons Davidson were the solicitors provided by my insurance company to assist with employment and personal injury queries. Extremely slow in reply with unhelpful responses. Wasted time waiting on them. Wouldn’t recommend
