Called twice for parts, both times left my name and phone number and was told I would be called back… I was never called back. Shame as I was considering purchasing a new mx5 from here but will be going to a better dealer!
Do not use this garage, the only thing they can do is word salads, and they are poor quality like the service they provide. Went to have an mot, seat belt was a bit frayed they did not have a spare and wouldn't fit a second hand one so they asked that I removed the seat belt myself before the car came in. Now I am left 1 seat down. Tyre pressure monitor was not working so that was a failure. New TPM wasn't in stock and it was going to take 8-10 weeks to get another from Korea. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT. OMG what a wonderful and helpfull garage. Big clap to Jordan who went above and beyond. My car died think it was the battery called them they were out within 15 mins checked the battery level jump started my car so I could get to the garage had a replacement battery the following day BIG thankyou
