Had stairs fitted 2 years ago £35,000 to keep being flogged off to come out to look at crack. Told us we are out of guarantee and need to pull a man of another job. Disgraceful my advice would not use this company as they take your hard earned money and don’t care with after care! Shocking!
This company is closely associated with local rogue builder George Smith. We paid £3000 for stairs, for which we were refused a receipt and effectively a guarantee. Stairs were good but fitted badly, very poor communication from manager to rectify faults. Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend on this basis.
From the first contact to the final product the experience was a pleasure. Great advice, punctual, polite and a top quality product. I would highly recommend. Well done Neill and the team!
