I was very happy with the service I got from Lyn Ann taxis I booked the day before. The taxi was waiting for me outside Abergele station, nice friendly driver. I rang after my appointment and the same driver came to take me back to the station. I didn’t know any taxis firms in Abergele but now I do I would use this firm again they were great.

Booked a taxi with Lyn-an. The lady on the phone was nice and polite but our taxi never shown up. Luckily there was a bus due 20 minutes after we wanted our taxi so we ended up getting that.

Rang up last night to book a taxi for ASAP at about half 12 for my daughter on her first night out, the man on the phone was really rude with me and just said ok and hung up, so I tried ringing back to find out what time ASAP would be and no answer they then proceeded to turn there phone off and I couldn’t get through, my daughter then had to walk on her own as I have 2 young children who were in bed so I couldn’t go and meet her, journey was 5 minutes in a taxi, won’t be using there business again.
