I really do recommend Jackie. She put me at ease and was very thorough. I already feel more loosened up.
I've had two session with Jackie up to now and am feeling so much better already. She explains clearly what she is doing and hoping to achieve and clearly has great knowledge in her field. I have never had physio before, but I felt at ease instantly. Jackie was very thorough with her consultation and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Highly recommend. Went in struggling to sit up and general movement. After 2 sessions much less pain and much better movement as well as being more knowledgeable about the issue and the prevention for the future.
Absolutely excellent service. Tell you exactly what is going to hope in a tearm that you can understand and not in a medical language. I will definitely be using this service again if I need to
