Can't get through to them. Nightmare. Haven't even gone on holiday yet! Booked through Sykes and was told this is the owners number. Not! Lyme Bay instead - and impossible to reach them. Never again!
My wife and I stayed at the Lyme Bay holidays apartment for seven days over Christmas week. The apartment it was much smaller than it appeared in photos. We thought the rooms were over decorated with various knickknacks and ornaments. The kitchen was tiny. Many surfaces still had dust on them. A family with kids moved into the upstairs apartment.
