For my second birth, I decided to invest in a hypnobirthing course with Lydia on a recommendation from a friend. I am so glad I did! It was a joy learning with Lydia. I would definitely recommend doing a private class with Lydia, this gave us a personalised experience to prepare for my labour. Lydia is very warm and makes you feel at ease during your time with her.
Lydia was excellent. I didn't know what to expect having never done it before but she came to the house for a full day and it was so relaxing. The theory made Alot of sense from an evolutionary point of view and she mixed the very nicely with the practice sessions. I found it really worked for me. Lots of useful materials and soundtracks to use after the session. Thank you very much !
We used Lydia for hypnobirthing with our first born and did a refresher course with her before having our second son. She is amazing, such a calming influence and wealth of knowledge. After doing my sessions with Lydia I felt completely empowered, in control and confident about birth and went on to have two amazing birth experiences (one hospital and one homebirth) which I largely put down to what I learnt with her.
