We booked our stay last week, we paid £150 + £100 holding deposit. (Which still has not been refunded? )Considering we didn’t stay in the property I assumed we would have this back quite quickly. I don't EVER leave a bad review because it is not what I believe Google maps is for. When people look to go somewhere they want to go somewhere nice however I had an appalling situation when staying in London wembley under these people and this host . It started when I booked to take my disabled daughter & her friend to see Andrew Lloyd Webber production of " starlight express..that was amazing btw see my other review on that . The police had to be called because of how unsafe the property is!!! Don't pay to stay here if you value your life. It is a terrible place and a horrible company. Not safe, untrustworthy. DON'T DO IT!!! They have a squatter living in the property who is dangerous and can follow you!! The place is extremely unsafe!!!
Omg. Where do you start? We ended up getting a hotel in Ealing and paying twice for our stay. Filthy, foul smelling, poorly finished, unsecure.....,... One star is far too generous. Was in the room long enough to source other accommodation and book an uber
