zero stars isn’t an option so i’m stuck with 1. we didn’t receive the room we paid for. we paid for a double bed and a sofa bed, and we were only given one double bed, which was an issue as i went with my dad and we shouldn’t have had to share a bed. we were also promised a TV which we didn’t have. there were cigarette burns around the windows and the bathroom floor was loose. the room looked clean but it seemed very unsafe. the front door of the building could be opened anytime, so anyone could easily come in and break in t... read more
Annule la réservation 5 jours avant la date d'arrivée sans raison donc obligée de faire une nouvelle réservation + ne veut pas annuler de son côté sur Booking pour ne pas avoir a rembourser. Je me retrouve dans la mouise car pas mon argent et les logements sont hors de prix 5 jours avant.

We booked our stay last week, we paid £150 + £100 holding deposit. (Which still has not been refunded? )Considering we didn’t stay in the property I assumed we would have this back quite quickly. I don't EVER leave a bad review because it is not what I believe Google maps is for. When people look to go somewhere they want to go somewhere nice however I had an appalling situation when staying in London wembley under these people and this host . It started when I booked to take my disabled daughter & her friend to see Andrew Lloyd Webber production of " starlight express..that was amazing btw see my other review on that .
