Extremely poor service and customer care - avoid at all costs I had a lash lift and tint treatment on 3rd August 2025 for £60. Unfortunately, the treatment produced absolutely no visible results despite following all aftercare instructions carefully (avoided water for 2 days instead of the recommended 1 day). I went back for my follow-up session with Carlos and we worked on a mixture of things some deep tissue massage and some relaxation. Really helpful, first time at this space and it was clean & comfortable! Hoping to carry the relaxation into my holiday. Recommend to anyone in the area looking for a massage therapist
