I ordered a Merlyn Bath Screen online and then received an email stating the following: "We refer to your online order placed on the 12th March for the Merlyn Secure Seal 5-Fold Bath Screen, and must advise that due to a technical error the price as displayed for the product was shown as £355.00 plus the delivery charge of £45 under £500, which has not been applied. Awful service. My partner and I ordered a sink from this website and it’s too big. When trying to return it they are trying to charge us £130 restocking and return fee... this is HALF the price of the sink. We are now left with a sink we absolutely cannot use and left out of pocket. It’s absolutely ridiculous - do not buy from this site - if anything is wrong they will not help.
