I seriously recommend avoiding the company at all costs. I was supplied an expensive designer sink that, when unpacked, was damaged. I reported the damage with images well within the timescale allowed under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 , but the retailer has refused replacement or refund. There seems to be a wilful disregard for statutory consumer rights and an incorrect belief that consumer law can be avoided by a disclaimer or terms. I ordered a Merlyn Bath Screen online and then received an email stating the following: "We refer to your online order placed on the 12th March for the Merlyn Secure Seal 5-Fold Bath Screen, and must advise that due to a technical error the price as displayed for the product was shown as £355.00 plus the delivery charge of £45 under £500, which has not been applied.
