horrible horrible horrible service and not even remotely close to what I wanted crooked nail shape wanted ombre it looks like two different colors side by side DO NOT reccomend ever going here pictures of what i wanted vs what i got absolutely sick about end result
My nail tech was rude and did not take his time on my pedicure or my sns removal. The shop also has an outdated atmosphere.
Autumn is so sweet, she is the reason I go to luxe nails and Son the guy who did my dip powder nails is so sweet and takes his time and does an awesome job at what he does! I highly recommend this nail salon 100%! I drive all the way from jasper al to get my nails done here and I love the results!!! It’s honestly worth the hour drive once a month❤️❤️
The customer service is horrible. They are rude and unprofessional. Do not visit this Nail Shop.
Only came here today because where we normally go isn’t open on Sundays. They are not friendly and the one I assumed was the boss yelled at the workers constantly. They seemed miserable and maybe why they weren’t friendly. It’s more expensive than the other place we go in Gardendale and they were pushy trying to make you spend more money. Will not be back.
