Just left man cut my nails too short then charged me 25 for these nails didn’t even wanna fix my nails or anything I won’t ever come back
Luxe nails could improve by not cutting into my skin. The last time I went in for a manicure and pedicure the technician cut me twice. She was very careless and I will be finding a different nail salon.
They rush through your pedicure like they're doing you a favor! I guess because I was not getting gel nails or any of their nails or extra stuff, I must not have been spending enough money for them. I only wanted the step above the regular pedicure - my natural nails are long so they probably hate people like me anyway!There was a girl in there (who may have become a friend of theirs because she delivers food there) who got my water ready and put the tablets in for my pedicure! Unprofessional, I got the dip nail powder, my nail cracked the next day, the technician didn’t know what he was doing. Wanted me to pay with cash. Nasty and crowded, too much going on, no customer service.
TERRIBLE SERVICE WITH VERY BAD ATTITUDES. Always arguing with customers or each other.
Charged $16 to cut cuticles and paint with regular polish! In addition, salon appeared dirty and who I believe to be owner would not stop asking if I wanted gel or SNS instead. When I said “no” started in wanting to convince me to get my eyebrows done! I was already paying another $90 to have my daughter and her friend’s nails done. They were making plenty off me without hounding me the entire time. Oh and both girls had bleeding cuticles when we left. Will not return.
wonderful service for last past year now...they open on Sundays and no waiting....love it💞
Tried to make me pay $30 to PAINT me own nails
My daughter got her nails done on yesterday and this what they look like today!!!! First time and last time.😳😳
