FAKE COMPANY !! Reserved a car for my daughter’s prom & was scammed !! You won’t get a car ! Now in a dispute process with them save yourself the hassle ! They cause curse words & “what’s up” when speaking with customers. Never sent a refund and we never got an answer on the phone. Also the car never showed up
Don't use, a scam. No stars. I wanted to rent a luxury car. I looked at several sites and chose this one. I went through a rental process where I sent credit card info. I got an official looking receipt in PDF with accurate cost information, and dates and times for pick up and delivery of the car. When the set time arrived there was no car and no messages, text or email, about it being late or the car being unavailable. This is not a business it's a scam. Rented a Rolls Royce for over $4,000, but on the day of pickup, I received a text stating the car wasn't available. I've been trying to get a refund for 3 months now, but no one answers the phone. My attorney is now handling the case.
