From start to finish Todd had our family in our new home in about 6 months which seemed like a long wait but he was good about keeping communications open with us. He was quick to answer questions and even opened early for us to come down when it was time to finalize ordering the home. We love our new home and even with a few bumps along the way, which is expected, we are very happy with how Todd and his team took care of us.
If you enjoy being insulted by Todd make an appointment soon. I work in an industry that we get a lot of negative reviews and knowing some if it is half truths or slanted to make the reviewers side of the story sound better. Todd called my future son-in-law stupid and me a liar. I feel that they did a kind of bate and switch with a young couple and tried to get them to buy a home that was not energy efficient. We didn't know much about manufactured homes and he was great at giving us all the information we needed to make a decision without being pushy. Beautiful homes at a variety of price points. I appreciated they didn't try to push me to buy the more expensive home.

We went shopping for a house on Saturday, we went to a few competitors before going to Clayton. Hands down this is where we will do our business. Todd never pressured us, he had all the answers, and was very professional. Thank you for treating us like we mattered!
