We visited yesterday, and at first all was well when the lady in the office said all the sales men were busy and handed us a key and let us look at the home ourselves. She said the prices were listed in the homes. We got half way though the lot and decided to go get some bottles of water from the office. This is when things went down hill fast. You then came in the lobby and asked Todd several questions and Todd was more than helpful, even though you didn't like what he had to say. I had a good experience finding the home I wanted. I wanted a foundation and they said it was a waste of money. Now 5 years later I'm trying to refinance through a company VMF that doesn't even do it, and everyone else wants a foundation. They screwed us with an interest rate of 8.78%. be aware! Be knowledgeable.
