I do not bought a home from Clayton Homes. But by reading the review's I won't even bother. I do not appreciate the way you treat the people that buy your home's. If you don't mind looseing buesnes then just keep on being the losers that you seem to be.

David McKay is AMAZING!!! He completely takes the time to get to know what his customers need and want. He goes out of he's way to make sure they are happy with their home. He help us make our home dreams come true. We need a 4bedroom home with a bonus room and he made that happen when most dealers were saying this wasn't an option. David has some of the best communication skills. Always answers phone calls, emails, and texts within minutes even after hours or on he's day off. We brought a home from here 2 1/2 years ago. My a/c went out after only 2 summers. And the unit was made in 2011 and we brought our house in 2015. Called manufactory and they stated a/c was not one of there's. Called clayton homes of Tulsa again and they just gave me more numbers to call. Then we find out unit only had 1 year warranty. Kitchen counter tops are coming up and was told only one year warranty. Once you buy from them they are done with you. The lady that answers the phone not very friendly. We purchased a home through this company in Tulsa as well 1 1/2yrs ago and our repairs since time of set up still aren’t done. $150,000 down the drain really! We got duped and regret every bit of buying this home through this company! We’ve tried getting ahold of the manufacturer multiple times and no response. The contractor refuses to work around both mine and my husbands full time work schedules, which we only have weekends off!
