Clayton Homes has been awesome! They have gorgeous homes and great people. We started looking in January this year and I messaged Kyle all the time about different houses and what we wanted. He never acted frustrated and never forced a pre approval. When we finally got to where we could buy I did the pre approval and we even changed what we wanted after they had started our application but they acted happy as can be. I just recently received the home of my dreams thanks to Todd and Josh at Clayton Homes of Tulsa. It was a great experience and they made it easy. I highly recommend this place!
I bought one almost 15 years ago, they are very cheap manufactured homes that start falling apart within the first year. It's very sad what they charge for thesehomes, if you're going to get a mobile/manufactured home get a Solitaire, they are worth the money, I know people who have got 40 year old ones that are in great condition!!
Great ammenaties and floor plans. Have lived in a Clayton single wide with double windows. What I wouldnt give for that much space on a double wide. Fabulous storage in front kitchens
Looking for single wide 3 bed 2 bath. Nice roo.y kitchen. And living room. Like to have wrap around porch.
Our experience at Clayton Homes was exceptional. Todd was knowledgeable of products and was helpful in explaining all available options in product, financing and delivery of our new home. We felt very comfortable in all aspects of business from day 1. We look forward to many years in our brand new home from Todd, Mark and Clayton Homes.
We bought our home 10 months ago and we are still waiting for the house to be fixed. All of the windows leak air .the house is not energy efficient because in the winter time the north wind blows right through.
We bought a home from them about 3 years ago and we have been so pleased with their customer service and all their help with anything at anytime! Great people, great atmosphere and all around great quality! I highly recommend them!
