I have visited here a couple of times, and have no complaints, yes on my first appointment the appointment was delayed by 15 mins, but whats 15 mins, the staff are lovely and the consultants too, so top marks from me

A very pleasant friendly doctor Aurora Gonzalez Castro explained everything she asked if I understand and if I had helpful questions and you can see that she cares about the patient thank you

Appointment time was 10am, and it was delayed by 45 minutes, making the whole visit stressful because of parking only limited to 2hrs.

The wait time at this place is an absolute joke. Why would they offer an appointment for a set time and people get seen 40 to even 90+ minutes late! The amount of times I've been here over the last year for previous injuries the staff isn't very good. I'm mostly seen by different people or people who aren't helpful at all. And some of the receptionists are quite rude and entitled.
