none We liked the fact that we didn't have too hagle on the price of the vehicle. The price listed on the windshield is what you pay! Also we felt very comfortable doing business with our sales associate, Igor Tenenbaum. Very helpful, no high pressure tactics. Like doing business with a friend! We've only had our Sentra for 1 week, so we are unable to comment on the service the dealer offers, but we really like the vehicle.

my experience with luther Luther service is really great. The people are hard working and very, very nice. They are open till midnight. And the service desk guy was great about an estimate on a little ding. Used to go to Walser. I like Luther way better.
Surprisingly pleasant buying and service experience. 5 star service, from our courteous and knowledgeable used vehicle salesman Kyle, to the prompt and courteous service department personnel, who took care of a couple of minor problems in a friendly, expert manner. Fabulous! I was surprised by the amount of traffic coming and going from this dealership, it was obvious they have a lot of customers, all happy customers too. I worked with Sue W. and Matt L. who were both equally fabulous. I went in looking at one particular vehicle but after driving it I was very iffy, Sue heard what I was saying about the type of vehicle I was looking for and asked me to drive a different vehicle - completely different make and model - I wasn't sure but went along. Luther Nissan, Inver Grove Heights, MN 2006 Nissan 350Z owner, purchased used in 2008, not from Luther Nissan, however I continually get my car serviced by Luther Nissan, since I purchased it. In fact had Luther look at the car, and go over the car, at time of purchase. Mauricio and now Greg Isham, Service Managers have been very helpful, easy to ask questions and advice on maintaining the 350Z. Superior Service I have been a customer at Luther Nissan KIA for at least 6 years. Whenever I have bring my car in for routine maintenance it is always done promptly and completely. Scott and Greg (Managers) are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Last year I had a problem with the ABS. It was difficult to diagnose so I was provided with a loaner and one of the technicians actually drove the car over the weekend and determined the problem. Dreams Come True The guys at Luther Nissan are a dream come true :) I went to several dealers and was never treated the way Dave and rest of the Luther Nissan family made me feel.
