Great service, great people, cost effective! Amazing service. Booking was quick and easy and the staff was ultra friendly. Work that should have taken 2 days was finished in 3 hours. Everything was fixed and it was $200 BELOW the best estimate that I had gotten elsewhere. ...And my mechanic looked and sounded like like Jon Stewart. It was a good experience.
New Car Leasing I just leased a Nissan Rogue from Luther Nissan/Kia. The saleperson I dealt with was Igor Tenenbaum. What a wonderful experience! I got immediate questions to my answers and did a lease that evening. I would rate this experience an A+++++++++++++++++. Two days after I picked the car up and Igor checked into see how how I liked my vehicle. What service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My service visit today A very positive experience. The service advisor informed me at my last visit that this service package would be a more expensive one. They had my car most of the day so I had one of their loaners at no charge. All went well.
BUYING EXPERIANCE This is my second car from Luther Nissan Kia and I love the experiance. I did all my searching and negotiating on the internet and had my pick down to three cars. I set up a time to go in and see them and after picking the one I liked nothing changed. The price was what we agreed upon and they prepped the car and got me through the finance dept and out the door in about an hour. they also have a wonderful service dept. that I now take all 3 of my Kia's to. 2 cars in one week! I just bought two cars from Luther Nissan, a new Murano & a used Smart. I had gone in to look at the Smart and liked the experience and service and noticed the Murano on the showroom. Ended up buying that 2 days later for my wife. The salesman JP was most accommodating and easy to work with. The no-haggle pricing seemed very competitive and the trade-in was very reasonable.
Happy Altima Owner Good, quick and reasonably priced. I can come in over lunch and do some work while I wait. Love the wireless!

Great Experience with JP Lisenfeld! I spent a couple of months researching which car I wanted to purchase. When I had it narrowed down to a Kia Sorento I went in search of a dealership. Mr. Service Department was baffled by why I had a replacement windshield in my 2008 Kia Sedona which has an air leak. We bought the vehicle new from Luther Nissan Kia and never had it replaced. Now they want me to prove it to them! They should have records or should be able to pull thier own CarFax report to see when and where it was done.
