Excellent Service The staff at Luther Nissan Kia was a great experience for me. They were friendly, pleasant to speak to and did everything t hey can to assist me on getting my first purchase on a new vehicle. They listened to my needs, and also gave me different options. Good service on a disappointing new Sorento Just had my second extended visit to Luther Nissan Kia with a service issue. Don't get me wrong the service team is on the ball, efficient and communicates well. It's just that I only have 1800 miles (no I didn't forget a zero or two) and I just had to give them my car for the entire week to fix an engine leak and replace 4 gaskets. They ordered parts, tested the install, and then delivered on their timelines, but I should be out driving my 2011 Sorento to the dog park, not driving... read more

Women are non-existent My husband and I recently purchased a new Kia Sedona for me. We specifically requested the title be put in both of our names. We haven't received the title yet, but since I picked up my new vehicle, we have received letters in the mail from Luther Nissan Kia, both addressed to my husband instead of me or us and when I called to make an apppointment with the Service Department to get something checked on my new vehicle, they asked my name, but the order was put in my husbands name and I received a confi... read more

options I have been doing business with Luther dealerships for the past 15 years but can not recommend this service department. I filled out the on line service form and brought my car in for a transmission flush(10+qts) and AWD service. Rather than performing a flush as requested on the service form they only drained and refilled(4 qts) I wrote a bad service review but they don't have the courtesy to call and check on poor reviews. I will go elsewhere in the future.

New Soul I recently went to Luther Nissan Kia to test drive the Kia Soul, just for fun. Chris Knutson (salesman) did a great job of selling me on the Soul and now I'm driving one. I had a great experience all-around at Luther. Thanks Chris!!
