happy with service experience We purchased our Maxima at Luther Nissan late 2009. I was hesitant to commit to scheduling service with a dealership, assuming high price and lots of "selling". However, I've found Luther Nissan to be proactive with communications, open and reasonable in pricing (quoting and delivering on quote) and enjoyable as a service visit. They have workstations and Wifi so I can work during the service.
Great Experience I love the car that I purchased. The whole experience was very, very positive. The deal was fair and the sale person made me feel very comfortable. Customer for life! Just moved here from out of state and looking to find a new place to get service maintenance for our vehicle. So I took a chance on Luther KIA. The place had a free WiFi connection for customers in the waiting area and coffee. Great idea! However, they mixed up the services I asked for and immediately took responsibility for the error and them performed the service I originally went in for. Great experience at Luther Kia in IGH I made an appointment for a Wednesday evening at 7pm for an oil-change and routine maintenance; I arrived about 15 minutes early and they started right in on my vehicle. I didn't have the option to leave and come back, so I had to wait for my vehicle service. I was expecting at least an hour but my car was done in less than 45 minutes, including being washed and vacumed. Mike in service is excellent, always helpful and knowledgeable.
Review I am new to Luther Nissan in Inver Grove Heights. Purchased my Frontier truck from Jeff. Finance it through Jason, special 3M package installed by their service department headed by Scott. Great Value - mixed service We found the best value in terms of both vehicle price and trade-in value at Luther Kia/Nissan. However, we found the organization of the process to be very disorganized. Part of this could have been our rep, Stefan, was there on his day off and it was a holiday weekend, but it wasn't a smooth process. But I would definitely shop there again.
Great experience! I drive 22 miles one way to get my car serviced at this dealership. Why? Because I purchased my Nissan Maxima there, and I had an excellent buying experience there. In addition, they are very courteous to customers and give good and honest recommendations of service needed. I also get a complimentary car wash after each service which is very nice. Highly recommended!
Great service I recently had my Nissan Sentra in the shop to have a new instrument panel fitted, it was a very easy experiance with there helpful employees keeping me informed and having everything ready when I came in so I hadn't any waiting around. It truly was one of my most pleasant expieriences of having work done on my car.
Continued Good Experience Joe Ray takes care of his customers after the sale. We recently purchased a used car from Luther Nissan Kia and made a list of minor things that we noticed after driving it for awhile. Joe Ray set us up with their team of shop experts. Everything on our list was taken care of (except one part had to be ordered). We have not seen this good of service with our new car purchases at a different dealer.
