Auto service done right Although I didn't purchase my car from this dealer, after a bad experience at a competitor - just trying to get my car fixed - this dealer welcomed me and got me in and out quickly. They took good care of me and my car and offered me a ride to work if I couldn't wait. Service people were very nice. I will return here for service in the future! Great job! This was our first experience with Luther Nissan and it was great. Dave and Zack in sales and Jason in Finance were all a pleasure to work with and very professional. They answered all our questions completely and offerred advice/sugestions when appropriate. We are very excited about the new Altima we are leasing and will absolutely recommend Luther Nissan to our friends. Keep up the great work!
Titan The service department is always professional, but I wonder if I will ever buy another Nissan. The last two times I brought it in for an oil change it has cost me thousands in other repairs. Too bad I really like my Titan, perhaps its time for a Chevy or Ford.
Slick :) Great place to buy/lease a vehicle. Excellant customer service and no pressure to buy. The salesmen are very professional and knowledgable about the vehicles and sales/lease specials. Highly recommend visiting if you are interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle.

Very disappointed with them We bought a vehicle from Luther about 3 wks ago and we were very happy with it until we picked it up. About 5 minutes after leaving I had a door ajar light go off so I pulled over and checked it thinking a door was open which there wasnt. So, my husband calls Luther and they tell us that they had replaced that sensor already so we needed to bring it back but they couldnt get us in till next week, well we live 1 1/2 hrs away so I was a little upset, especially since when we bought the truck we were... read more
Service Dept I have all of my oil changes and mainteance done here and everytime they did a great job. On time, prompt and very friendly.

Routine oil change I had my regular maintenance oil change done today at Luther Nissan in Inver Grove Heights. I arrived a bit early for my apointment, and was out the door by the time I was supposed to be there. They service writers are awesome, and so are the service tecnicians. I appreciate the super customer service and clean service area.
