Luther Kia is #1 !!! I was introduced to Luther Nissan/Kia last summer when I purchased a carryover 2009 Kia Rio5. I thought the sales person was great when they helped drive my new car home and made me feel very important througout the entire sales experience, over such a cheap little car! Terrible experience Terrible experience. Our oil change took over an hour when we had an appointment. They broke our antenna off and had the courtesy to put it in the cupholder for us instead of fixing it by puttin it back on. Last time we go back.
Mr. Service Department was baffled by why I had a replacement windshield in my 2008 Kia Sedona which has an air leak. We bought the vehicle new from Luther Nissan Kia and never had it replaced. Now they want me to prove it to them! They should have records or should be able to pull thier own CarFax report to see when and where it was done.
One EXTREMELY happy customer! My wife and I went to the dealship and met the best car sales consultant in this state hands down. Scott was extremely knowledgeable as well as courteous to our needs and I would be flabbergasted if someone disagreed with me. We were in and out with our new Nissan Altima within 2 hours from walking in the door. Not to mention that the car looks great and one heck of a vehicle for the money. Looking forward with my continued business with this dealership.
2 cars in one week! I just bought two cars from Luther Nissan, a new Murano & a used Smart. I had gone in to look at the Smart and liked the experience and service and noticed the Murano on the showroom. Ended up buying that 2 days later for my wife.
2010 Kia Forte I bought a 2010 Kia Forte at Luther a couple weeks ago and I have never been treated so awesome and with such great care and concern for my needs as I was at Luther. Their sales, service and finance departments are all well trained in customer service. They are all very knowledable, polite, and concerned for the customers needs and desires. Mr. Mark Prince Initially, I shopped online. I wanted a Nissan Altima. JP from Luther got back to right away. He took one step at a time with me via email. When I met him, he was knowledgeable and had postive energy. I felt like I got a good deal and the whole process was easy. They even drove the new car out to my house 25 miles away.
New Car Leasing I just leased a Nissan Rogue from Luther Nissan/Kia. The saleperson I dealt with was Igor Tenenbaum. What a wonderful experience! I got immediate questions to my answers and did a lease that evening. I would rate this experience an A+++++++++++++++++.
