glh Contacted Luther Nissan on their website with what i was looking for. Brian called the next day got a quote together the same day. It didn't appear we were even close being i had a trade in. He asked me to come in and we would make it work. Likely story i thought. Came in on a Saturday about 10a.m. drove away with my new Altima at noon. Everything clicked from sales, to the used car manager to Jason in finance. A very easy transaction. Highly recommend.
Routine oil change I had my regular maintenance oil change done today at Luther Nissan in Inver Grove Heights. I arrived a bit early for my apointment, and was out the door by the time I was supposed to be there. They service writers are awesome, and so are the service tecnicians. I appreciate the super customer service and clean service area.
Luther Nissan Kia You can purchase a used vehicle with confidence from Luther Nissan! I was worried when the check engine light came on in the used van we bought, but Luther Nissan stood behind their 30-day used car warranty and took care of it for us! They even provided a courtesy car when the repair was delayed waiting for a part. The staff was courteous and kept us updated with the status. We are thrilled with the service and glad we found our vehicle at Luther!
Slick :) Great place to buy/lease a vehicle. Excellant customer service and no pressure to buy. The salesmen are very professional and knowledgable about the vehicles and sales/lease specials. Highly recommend visiting if you are interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle.
Loved the experience and my car! I just leased my second car from Luther Nissan and again my experience was SO pleasurable. I was greated right away and met with JP (my salesman) who already had an idea of what I was interested in. Very disappointed with them We bought a vehicle from Luther about 3 wks ago and we were very happy with it until we picked it up. About 5 minutes after leaving I had a door ajar light go off so I pulled over and checked it thinking a door was open which there wasnt. So, my husband calls Luther and they tell us that they had replaced that sensor already so we needed to bring it back but they couldnt get us in till next week, well we live 1 1/2 hrs away so I was a little upset, especially since when we bought the truck we were... read more
Falling Glass We have two 2008 Nissans ... a Maxima and a Coupe. Service on both cars has been good, until recently. The problem is the passenger-side window on the Coupe.
Superior Service I have been a customer at Luther Nissan KIA for at least 6 years. Whenever I have bring my car in for routine maintenance it is always done promptly and completely. Scott and Greg (Managers) are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Last year I had a problem with the ABS. It was difficult to diagnose so I was provided with a loaner and one of the technicians actually drove the car over the weekend and determined the problem. Great experience We had a great experience purchasing a used Kia from Luther Nissan. Our salesman Alan was down to earth and a pleasure to work with. Financial guy Erik, was well organized and efficient. I felt respected and treated with honesty through out.
