I gotta say I am not a fan of Car Buying but working with Tommy Topcu really made me feel at ease purchasing my Honda Pilot. I didnt feel like I was being wheeled and dealed to death or like someone was pushing a lot of extras on me that I really didnt need just to make a profit. When I came to in to get a car through uber....I really didnt understand the process or if it was a good idea. I just knew I needed a way to take care of my family. Richard helped me understand the process and didnt pressure me to make any decisions right away.
