Jacky Hoang was my Salesman and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I was planning on going in to get more information about a new Honda civic and an accord, but wasn't planning on purchasing the same day bc I didn't think I would love a car as much as I loved my original car. Jacky laid out my options, gave me his honest opinions and not once did I feel as if he was trying to pressure me into a certain vehicle like I feel most salesman do to young woman.
